Directly convert images

I wish to get a function to directly convert images (e.g. mdf to iso) without using a virtual drive (for the source).

if you choose the .mds file that is made with .mdf files, imgburn burns them already

often , just renaming .mdf to .iso works fine too

Well, its not just the mdf-files, I mean bin/cue/img/nrg too.

Don't make your images in those formats if you don't want them in them.

 

Other images are normally in those formats for a reason and converting them to a 'dumb' ISO will defeat the purpose and perhaps stop them from working.

For Mode 1 Data, ISO.

For Mode 2 and Audio, CUE+BIN.

 

i.e. exactly what ImgBurn produces.
