problem with verbatim dvd+r dl,can anybodt help?

can antbody help me im new to disc burn on verbatim dvd+r dl and when i try to burn it tells me failed to set l0 data zone capacity and reason power calibration area error,i havnt got a clue what to do and would be extremely grateful if anybody could tell me how to fix this
