When I try to burn images through my Pioneer 216d drive it always fails.

 

When I use my pioneer 215d is fails rarely.

 

Both of the drives have the newest firmware installed. Im using vista ultimate 32bit.

 

Here is my log.

There's not much you can do if it just doesn't like the discs you're using.

 

btw, 2.4.4.0 is out now.

Hmmm, Been using AONE disks and then been using verbatims, but still having problems!

If it won't burn Verbatims, you should probably consider that your drive might be faulty.

If it is hit and miss, then it's probably telling you it's on the way out. A new drive is cheap or RTM it, if it is still under warranty.
