Which comes first? Burn or verify? After it finished(bar filled up 100%) the Disc drive opened then closed and restarted at 0% and it said verifying sectors. But I canceled and im not sure if it wrote anything to disc or corrupted it. It looks like there is data on the disc but that may have been from the first time. Sorry if this doesn't make sense but it's really hard to word out. I'm just worried if my disc didn't get burnt correctly.

Does verify come before or after burn?

I am using a DVD DL+R Memorex, the image I was trying to burn was 6gb.

Also looking at the disc i see 3 rings. One closest to edge of disc is thin but really dark purple, one in the middle is bright purple(thickest). The most inner one is darker than middle but brighter than edge ring it is also thicker than the outer ring but thinner than middle.

Here is a log.

If you read the log you'll see that it 'writes' things before it 'verifies' them.
