I don't think I've seen this in previous versions, but every time I go to File > Print in the ImgBurn Log window, ImgBurn crashes. I have no intention of printing anything (I don't actually have a printer installed), but just trying.

I was reading this article on Wikipedia. I have a question about the Limitations part: are they entirely correct?

Your media supports writing at 4x, and you've chosen 2x. Can you try it again, but this time by selecting 4x?

Yes, the Asus drive is rather old now (2004?), but it's still alive and I don't use it that much.
BTW, the total time displayed in DVDInfoPro differs from the one in the log (2:36 to 2:38). Any reason?

Thank you, Cynthia. I'm glad I learned something new: I didn't think firmwares had a list of IDs. Ah yes, I should have enabled the Verify option.

Firstly , what do you think about the quality of the burns? The first picture is from my external USB drive, the second from my laptop's built-in in drive.
Secondly, as you can see from the logs, my built-in drive detected the speed of the media I was burning (CD), while the external one did not. Does detecting the speed depend on the drive or something else?

Very good, I'll wait for the next release to see the result. This is just an aesthetic problem which I chose to make visible, so don't worry, it doesn't disturb me, and to tell you the truth I use that window very, very rarely.

Yes, you're right: if I disable Aero it looks good. So it has something to do with Windows, not ImgBurn. Ok, I just wanted to know.

I am using Windows 7 beta and maybe someone else can reproduce this. When opening the 'Device Capabilities' window, some pixels at the top are "cut off".
