Please add support for writing disc image file to a USB flash drive. That's a very common use case nowadays seeing that netbooks are popular and they typically don't have an optical disc drive. Read/build modes for USB flash drive appear unnecessary to me. Thanks!

The discs are under Mitsubishi label. Failure rate is spectacularly high regardless of speed (but 6x guarantees failure, as far as I've tried). I will send the drive back for warranty claim. Thanks.

They are made in Taiwan by CMC (batch code starts with MAP).

I have had very limited success burning these Mitsubishi 16x DVD-R (MCC 03RG20) on my Pioneer DVR-218L with the latest firmware. They work flawlessly on the Samsung SH-S223F. Why can't the drive manufacturers be bothered to correct for that offset themselves?

Thanks! It succeeded at 8x. Is it safe to enable Optimal Writing Speed? I don't mind losing some performance if it will cut down on the number of coasters. EDIT: The Pioneer Optimal Writing Speed Utility doesn't recognize my drive.
