What you need to do is:
If your DVD burner isn’t compatible with Premiere Elements, you can burn the project to a folder instead. This creates a DVD‑compatible file that can be burned to disc using an authoring program such as Adobe Encore.
Note: You can only burn a DVD project to a folder. You cannot burn a Blu-ray Disc project to a folder.-
If the Disc view is not displayed, click Publish And Share to display the Publish And Share panel, and then click Disc.
-
From the Burn To menu, select one of the Folder options as your destination for the project. For movie projects bigger than a single‑layer 4.7 GB disc, select Folder (8.5 GB), which can accommodate dual‑layer discs.
-
Type a name for the folder.
-
Click Browse to specify a location for the folder.
-
Click Burn to begin creating the folder.
Then choose "Write files/folders to disc" in Imgburn and drag only the Video.ts folder to ImgBurn and burn the DVD.
-
-
Copy to your hard drive and burn from there.
-
You have the option of not installing the "crap."

I just purchased some Verbatim Data life Plus DVD-R 8X and noticed that they were made in Taiwan.
I tried searching the forum and the FAQs, but can't find any posts less than two years old about these.
Are they still top quality?
The ad said that they were the AZO dye, but is doesn't say anything about that on the label.

Just do a Windows search for .iso files.

,
Update: I just noticed there is no Copy CD option! LOL
Can you recommend a program, or can ImgBurn do this?
Yes it can:
-
Yes, one day.
Wow! I never thought you would say that.

I was successfully transferring recordings from my VHS camcorder to DVD just before last Christmas. I went back to them about 4 weeks later and found that the recording tab has disappeared from my computer properties. Since then I have tried all available suggestions from different forums, even the MS Fix-it, but to no avail. I have also run Imgburn, log as below. Would be very grateful if someone could come up with a solution.

I 17:45:38 Test Mode: Yes
You are in test mode.

No, it's an optical disc burning util, not a hdd one.
Acronis TrueImage is good but it's not free.
I have been using Acronics True Image for several years. It's the best backup you can buy.
I had several HDD issues and the data recovery for the Primary & Secondary disks is very efficient.
Not forgetting ImgBurn - the best & the greatest!. I've have now dropped Nero 8.
I second your recommdation LIGHTNING.
Acronis is top notch, as well as ImgBurn.
-
Yes, it'll be added one day.
Wow! I haven't ever seen you write that you would consider that feature.
-
Does the MajicJack do what it promises?
Usually. Sometimes it is not a very good connection, and it will not dial some phone numbers (usually a cell number).
And I didn't notice it before, but it won't work while using ImgBurn. But I usually try not to do anything else while burning in order to minimize burning errors.

Most of the other thread with on this topic seems to be issues with Vista and Windows Server.
I had this problem with Windowsa XP Media Center Edition.
Windows Media Player 11 turned out to be the culprit. Rolling back to WMP 10 fixed the problem.
(Just have to wonder about Microsoft- I can't run IE7 because it crashes Windows Movie Maker. )

ImgBurn doesn't support multisession at this time.
If it would be ok to make a feature request for the next version...

hello,
sorry for my english..
i have a Question..
after install imgburn 2.4.2 is somethings wrong.. the hotkeys looks as asian signs. also an other software (fireworks) shows now also asian signs as hotkeys to.. both programs use xml-files (encoding utf-8?!) as languagefile. please see the sceenshot from imgburn.
how can i fix this problem? language-settings in system control is select to german.
have enyone an idea?
greets Flocke
Try a system restore to a point before installing imgburn, and then reinstall.

You could temporarily copy the files from the disc to a folder on your desktop and then add the files to burn to this folder. Then just burn to the disc with Imgburn (it will prompt to erase the disc first).

By the way, where do I buy TY discs?
I've been very happy with this place (I'm in USA):
-
That's not an Audio CD image, it's audio files in a data image.
Forgive me for not understanding- I tried to Google "Audio CD Image", but could not find a definition of it.
What exactly is it?
-
I would like to build an audio cd image from audio files, but I don't want them to be written to a cd immediately.
Is this what you want?
1) Click "Mode"
2) Click "Ez-Mode picker"
3) Click "Create image file from files/folders"
4) Drag the file(s)/folder(s) to ImageBurn as you would normally do.
5) Click to build as you normally would, and it will prompt you to tell it where to save the .iso (image file).
-
Course it can.
If the 'Include Hidden Files' is ticked and the FindFirst/Next API can see them then they'll be added.
You'd probably want 'Include System Files' checked too.
Ensure 'Include Archive Files ONLY' is NOT checked.
Did as you suggested. Worked like a charm.
Thanks!
-
2. Did you have 'resurse subdirectories' enabled?
Yes.
Maybe you need to include 'hidden' files/folders?I did not. I didn't see it in "Options" until now. I'll try it, thanks.

1) When using "Write files/folders to disc" I can click on the "browse for a folder" button to add folders and "browse for a file" button to add files. If I want to choose both files and folders (located within the same folder) do I have to use each button separately, or can I choose the files and folders all at once?
Open Imgburn in build mode and dran-n-drop what you want to burn into the file selection window.
Thanks, that answered that question.
However, when I did that it still did not copy all of the files. After closely comparing the folder to be copied to what was copied I noticed that there were "hidden files" which it did not copy. I do have "view hidden files" enabled.
Will ImageBurn not copy hidden files? (I have other burning software which does).

Hi, I'm new to ImageBurn. I've used it successfully to burn ISO images to disc without any problems, but...
1) When using "Write files/folders to disc" I can click on the "browse for a folder" button to add folders and "browse for a file" button to add files. If I want to choose both files and folders (located within the same folder) do I have to use each button separately, or can I choose the files and folders all at once?
2) When I used "Write files/folders to disc" and used the "browse for a folder" button to add the folder "My Documents" (size is 275Mb) it did not copy all of the files and folders in "My Documents". The How can I find out why this happened and fix it?
ImgBurn BD-R writes perfectly, but max write speed is only .6x?
