That media is low quality, so that's why you're getting a write error. We recommend using only Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x MKM-001-00 Made in Singapore blanks. A firmware update could help, but the only firmware I've found for that burner is Dell's AD21 and I'm not sure if it's better than the one you're currently using. Alternatively, if you feel adventurous, you could crossflash your burner to a BenQ DW1650 ok what would you do? I am totally lost at this! I would like to make copies of movies and like these tv shows too. do you think my pc wont do that or the software? what is a crossflash BenQ? Sorry if i sound stupid at this just tring to figure everything out! I have dl ib and i am trying to copy greys anatomy disc 1 season 2 and i keep getting errors. i am new at this so i really dont know what i am doing so any advice you can give me would be great. i purchased 2 packs of dvd+r dl because it kept saying that my regular dvd-r did not have enough space and it seems that i have wasted about 10 already. what am i doing wrong? help please!
