You apparently do not have a Blu-ray burner. Your drive can read them but not write them: I 10:22:48 Found 1 BD-ROM/DVD±RW!

Are you using a USB or PS2 keyboard? Some PCs won't recognize a USB keyboard on boot until the OS loads the proper drivers. If you are using a USB keyboard, try it with a PS2 instead.
