how to change from NTSC file system to PAL?

I'm such an idiot. I must be dyslexic to mistake NTFS to be NTSC. I'm really not a noob, just thanks Cynthia -
when creating a UDF 2.5 file system using imgburn 2.4.1.0 the log is showing "Destination File System: NTFS" however the source material is PAL 25fps is there a way to change the destination file system to PAL?
