Having Problems reading the DVD to make iso file.

How does everyone else do it? I just want to mainly back up some DVDs so my kids don't destroy all the originals. There has to be a way. -
Here is the error log. I basically can not even read a DVD to rip to ISO file. Any help would be great as I am very frustrated. I 21:26:02 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started!
