Thanks that worked. I searched (googled) and read for several hours trying to find the answer. My search terms were obviously not the right thing. I was searching for burn and blu-ray. Lot of what I read said to use ImgBurn.

I don't have a BDMV folder. I have a file with a .m2ts extension. Tried the other programs and none worked: starburn, Express burn, and FinalBurner.

How do I use ImgBurn to do this?

.m2ts the same as you get off a blu-ray disc.

I have a decrypted blu-ray transport stream that I would like to burn into a blu-ray compatible disc. What program do I use to create a blu-ray compatible file system? Thanks, Daniel
