Alright, thanks for the help.

They are made in Singapore. Is it possible that the DVD+R DL itself was defective because I tried to burn it again using a second DVD+R DL and it was successful. Or is my burner on it's way out, and I will continue to receive random performance? I have no idea what went wrong and I don't want another coaster, could someone please tell me how to fix this problem?
