  1. what about DVD-R DL then? are they burned as DVD-Rom automatically?
  2. thanx for trying to help! well then, i suggest "ImgBurn Build Mode" to classify files and folders in the same order they were drag&droped
  3. I thought ImgBurn booktyped DVD+R DL media to DVD-ROM automatically no matter what brand of DVD Burner I have? I guess i'm wrong right?
  4. i think ImgBurn classifies them by NAME automatically instead of by TYPE.... cuz i want them in the same order when i drag&drop..... folder 01 folder 02 folder 03 01.txt 02.txt 03.txt Is there a setting to fix this?
  5. see, when i highlight all my files and folders in one shot, then darg&drop them in ImgBurn, they dont appear in the same order anymore... i think ImgBurn classifies them by NAME automatically instead of by TYPE.... Is there a setting to fix this?
  6. No problem But only nero users or old nero users has this problem... yeah im an old NERO user,,, had problems to highlight all my files and folders in one shot and drap and drop them in IMGBURN.... Having the ability to do this would be a big +
  7. I use Nero Vision for doing just that!
  8. that icon thing im suggesting is part of POWER2GO not NERO
  9. everyone wants a nero killer
  10. then when right-clicking on audio files, the context menu could show these 2 options: #1- "Burn Data Disc with ImgBurn" (imgburn would automatically make the list of data files to burn) #2- "Burn Audio Disc with ImgBurn" (imgburn would automatically make the list of audio files to burn) easy isn't it! lets see what the Boss thinks
  11. the guy that created DVD SHRINK got hired to work on NERO RECODE just as long as he stops working on DVD SHRINK.... and thats what he did... DVD SHRINK still works of course, but it isn't updated anymore... So you can say that the new DVD SHRINK is NERO RECODE since its the same guy that works on it! But of course, NERO RECODE is not free... anyways, if you want a freeware -> use DVD SHRINK!
  12. very true
  13. Well the drop zone icons are pretty easy to follow up! Data Audio Video Copy what can go wrong? My screenshot was just an example of course... i like the translucent styled icon too!
  14. It' ok! Thanx for taking time to read my suggestion!
  15. ImgBurn a bloated Nero of course not! I hate nero just for that! But still, DVD Flick is not heavy at all! And to light it up even more, I wouldn't add the possibility to create a dvd menu at all! It would be straight foward! Select your video file -> transcode it to dvd file -> burn it!
  16. Why Not? Since DVD Flick uses ImgBurn as the default burning engine, why can't ImgBurn do like DVD Flick? And by that i mean be able to create a DVD Movie from video files so playback is possible on even the cheapest DVD player!
  17. Maybe it has already been suggested but i didnt find the thread about it...
  18. Yep! I would suggest an Enhancement of ImgBurn's Drop Zone feature! Having it working a bit like the "Power2Go Express" software! here's what i mean: great idea?
  19. Hi LIGHTNING UK! First of all, congratulation for making this precious freeware! It outruns any other burning application up to this day! Now, i know that a "burn with imgburn" context menu was added when right-clicking on an iso image file but i may also suggest to add a context menu when: #1- when i right-click on 1 or more single files on my pc (imgburn would automatically make the list of data files to burn) #2- when i right-click on 1 or more audio files on my pc (imgburn would automatically make the list of audio files to burn) #3- when i right-click on 1 or more folders on my pc (imgburn would automatically make the list of folders to burn) #4- when i right-click on a CD/DVDROM drive it would give me 3 choices: "copy", "erase" or "read" This would immensely improve the user's experience when using ImgBurn thats for sure! And i think it would the very first burning app to have this amazing feature! Good idea isn't it?
