Sorry for the repat I've seen you get this alot My laptop is not copying movies it is a Optiarc Cd-RW CRX880A and the message is Device not ready medium not present tray closed. I've tried dubbing dvds before and when I put the blank ones in it asks for another blank one. How do I fix this problem? Please let me know thanks Jason
