Hi, all.
I'm ripping single-layer DVD+R data disks to ISO files on disk.
I choose a filename, eg Image.iso.
However, it does not create Image.ISO.
It splits it, creating:
Image.i01 at 4,194,302 KB;
Image.i02 at 395,522KB
and the .mds file.
Why does it feel the need to do this?
It's a single-layer original.
( Yes, I can change the option to 'never split'. But I thought the 'Auto' logic would have correctly identified a single-layer original. )
Will this split image correctly burn back onto single-layer blanks identical to the originals?
Thanks,
Ron Lowe
