  1. well i have found a Anti-Rootkit program thats finding EVERYTHING!...Sophos Anti-Rootkit From Major Geeks. its working perfectly. hopefully i get everything because my other computer i think the viruses disabled my keyboard. lmfao

RootRepeal seems to not work. it says that it cannot load our kernel. but i guess ill try the other ones Lightning has posted. then ill post to give an update to see if i fixed it or not.! avast didnt work either. if someone could tell me whut to delete i can do it it GMER cuz its the only thing that will work lol.

  5. i just had the same problem... http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/XP_CD-DVD-Fix.zip Download that, double click on the .zip folder double click on the .exe click repair and exit then reboot. i just did it at 2:30 AM right now and my drives are back.. YAY!!!
  6. i have a log on my other post. but Cynthia helped by telling me the exe file was for 640c and i updated my Drive and now it burns anything i throw at it no I/O Errors... i love it

  8. ok i tried burning another game for PS2 and i got I/O Error again. Im Using Sony DVD+R Discs, HP DVD Writer and on the disc try it sayd DVD+R DL and i click bunr and i get I/O Errors every time. My Firmware is CS30. i havent updated Firmware at all, i never knew about firmware until like last week and the forum.rpc1.com site doesnt work for me, ive tried it billions of times and i just wanna update the firmware to the lastest Firmware for HP DVD Writer 640c and fix these I/O Errors. im sick and tired of these friggin Errors, i get like 2 games ou8t of every 5 discs i try to burn and sometimes i get no games.   9. I Cannot Update the Firmware for my Drive. If Someone can Find a Update for HP DVD Write 640c that would be great. The Firmware i have now is CS30.
  10. Well First Of All Hi. Im New to the Forums. And Second I Was Using DVD Decrypter For the longest Time and it was fine until i started Burning PS2 Games i kept getting I/O Errors on that Too, its very frustrating. Today I Tried out ImgBurn becuase i looked at some Reviews and people said it was the best. I Also got a I/O Error and now im kinda aggervated about it.
