It was the media, I took another DVD I made of this and made a new iso file using IMG Burn, and it worked, my other burning program is very glitchy (Sonic MyDVD Plus) (Came with the HP Computer) and I think I just found a way of getting around it I figured this out on my own but thanks for your help -Daniel
