where do i find that information on mu computer?

already did, my firmware was updated...funny thing is that it copied all the files on the disc without finalizing..and working on my stand alone player..the whole movie. even with the error messages. just a thought. or stupid question!! could it be that the total file size was 9.4 gb and the bd stores 25gb that the drive could of timed out? not giving enough time to close disc till the end?
