There's firmware A106 available for your burner. Remove any disc from the drive and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished. Try burning again with a new blank disc, and if it still doesn't work then please read this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 I already know/read about those Verbatim discs.... I've been reading for 2 days.... the whole days and I didn't find anything... I got an LG... i think thats why... 1Q- It is wrote on the dvd-r+ DL : recordable/ 8x/....
