  1. Agreed, as i've never once had an issue with your incredible software L-UK, I too would point the finger at LG. It seems to burn with no problems, so i'll stop worrying about it.
  2. I decided to risk one of my precious Verbatim BD-R's. Guess what, with BD-R media the device buffer fills to 95% and pretty much stays there for the entire burn. So as far as I can see. With DVD media, device buffer is at 0%, BD-R media device buffer is normal. Weird!! Anyone care to explain? Thanks,
  3. I exchanged the drive for a new one. I'm still getting the same behavior. Strange, could ImgBurn be sending back incorrect info about this drive? Does anyone else have this drive?
  4. Google MultiAVCHD, that will allow you to add multiple movies to BD-R. Thanks to both of you guys for your responses. Re-author?? Okay I have to look that up,and I have the AVCHD which I've used extensively, but still requires a bit of a learning curve. Thanks again !! If your structures are already compliant, MultiAvchd should take them and spit it out with minimal re-authoring. Since you are burning to BD-R and not DVD, the changes should be minimal. Good luck.
  5. here you go. This was a burn over the network at 8x to a DVD+R. USB/SATA adapter on this burn. Device buffer at 0% the entire time. same result directly connected to MB SATA connectors. It finished OK, had one small hiccup during the burn but recovered. I'm going to be exchanging the drive tonight with another. I'll let you know how that one works out. thanks, HL-DT-ST_BD-RE_BH10LS30_1.00_MONDAY-MARCH-01-2010_3-34_PM_CMC_MAG-M01-00_8x.ibg imgburn.log

  7. Main buffer is at 100% unless burning over the network, then it varies a little bit. Yes, device buffer is always at 0% while burning at any speed, 4x, 8x, 16x. the burn finishes ok, it's just freaking me out a bit to see device buffer 0%. It never rises at all above 0%. Seems like there isn't a buffer at all. I've tried it through internal SATA cables and an external USB adapter. Also on 3 different pc's. same result. strangest thing i've ever seen. I've been using L-Uk's software since DVDD, so it's not a user issue
  8. I have a new LG BH10LS30 BD Burner. The Device buffer is always at 0%, never rises. Tried it on multiple machines with ImgBurn, same result. Honestly it seems like the Buffer RAM is malfunctioning. is this possible? Never seen this before. I've tried re-flashing to see if that helps, no good. I'm about to take it back for a replacement, just wanted to see if anyone had seen something like this before. Thanks.
