  1. Thanks for the reply, I guess the autoplay function must be linked to the css stuff that the other software strips out in that case. Though I must say I find it intriguing that you say ImgBurn doesn't change ANYTHING,which plainly implies that there's no point whatsoever to ANY of the selections & tick boxes in the programme options, and that a DVD will be playable (or not) with every single one of them either ticked or unticked regardless,as EVERYTHING is completely dependent on other software used, rather than any settings selected in ImgBurn. And here was silly old me thinking those selections/options served some sort of purpose. I'm not having a go at you here at all,but must say I'm more than a little bewildered, especially as there are several pages on here where folks are advised to "change this" or "change that" setting within ImgBurn itself, when those settings quite plainly have no effect whatsoever, and all problems are down to other software in the equation.
  2. Hi Folks, Firstly I must make it clear that this isn't a complaint in any way, shape or form...or even a huge problem in actual fact,as I've always been 99.9999999999% satisfied with everything ImgBurn & it's previous incarnations have done for me. I'm just a little curious as to why ALL of my original DVD's autoplay on my (Pioneer) standalone,at least up to the menu options without any input from myself necessary, other than bungin' a disc in the tray, but NONE of my backups burned (full disc, not shrunk in any way) with ImgBurn,in conjunction with another piece of well known software will do so,despite using TY or Singapore Verbs. This is with both single, and dual layer discs, all of which play fine & show the menus once I hit 'Disc Navigator' on the remote. Is there a blindingly obvious setting/tick box in ImgBurn that I can't see for looking,as it were, that'll enable my backups to autoplay/autostart on the standalone,as it's mainly for convenience regarding the kids watching stuff if I'm not around?
