[Trouble using Verbatim 16X DVD-R]

I have the exact burner and I have the same problem even though I updated my firmware. I am using benq dvd-r's 4x. I've used these before and had no problems on dvd decrypter. It'll burn ok on nero but I don't really like using that.

 

Anyone, please help.
