Well, I disabled it and now it works. Not sure what's up with that drive, but I never use it anyway so no big loss. Thanks for your quick solution.

Hi- just installed this and it won't detect the drives. I have run the log and have pasted it below. Please note that I did have Roxio products on my computer but have since removed them. This didn't resolve the problem. Thanks
