Hi, When I insert the original xbox360 game in the dvd drive and start imgburn, a message pops up saying that this is a protected xbox360 game and advises not to proceed. Do I assume that imgburn would not backup xbox360 games. Thank you, Ned Kamar

Thank you for your quick response. These are new discs, so who is at fault, the discs or the dvd burner (firmware?) I checked the firmwarehq.com website and there is no firmware for this burner. Thanks

Need to write an image to a DVD +R DL, but write button is greyed out. Works fine with a DVD-RW disk. DVD burner specs support DVD +R DL disks. Here is the screen info and portion of the log file showing the SENSE error. Is it a disk problem or the DVD burner?
