Destination .iso folder in settings

In version 2.5.0.0, in Tools > Settings > File Locations (tab), there is a textbox for the default Image File. Also: in Tools > Settings > Read (tab) > Default Destination, there is an option for choosing a default, custom, or Most Recently Used destination folder.
