  2. Ive tried that, im absolutely stumped, think i will take my new burner back tommorow and get a different one, still seems strange that both burners and both packs of disc are not working,
  3. Yes I have that latest firmware, just about tearing my hair out though, everything was going fine and then i got a new batch of discs and everythings not working. zerodefex, verbs and two drives later, ahhhhh
  4. No I dont, my last drive was giving me calibration errors even with verbs so I assumed my drive was naffed and bought a new one yesterday, and this one isnt recognising dual layers
  5. I just bought the drive yesterday cause I thought my pioneer wasnt working cause it kept rejecting the discs

  8. Hi and thanks for replying so quickly. Its attached via IDE and the message i get is incompatible medium installed
  9. Hi ive been using zerodefex dl discs and until now had no problems. Bought a new batch and kept getting a calibration error so purchased verbs and still had the same message. Thought it must be my writer, I originally had a pioneer, so i purchased an optiarc 7200a and it wont even recognise dl discs, even one with info on it, can anyone help please Many thanks Stoneyman
