ok i just ordered the 2.4x Verbatims from newegg, will give those a whirl...Thanks guys.

i know it says under my log that i used RITEK, but i didnt, i used memorex, still no good? i understand verbatim is the best...just trying to see if these discs are just worthless now

ok, so i had previously posted about not being about not being able to burn anything on Dual Layer. Here is my new issue, trying to back up one of my xbox360 games, burns too 100% but then gets an error as it tries to finalize the disc....see log attached as a file.... Could someone please help me? i have a work laptop but it does not have a DL burner, im going to try the verbatim discs and see what happens.

been trying on the lowest speed possible, someone told me my comp is too slow for the burner, is this possible?

I have a Gateway Laptop, it has a dual layer burner on it. But ive made a ton of coasters trying to get it to burn anything.
