Ok I freed up some space. Also I have no programs running in the background but when I run msconfig I saw a whole lot of add ons/apps active but by this time I had run out of Verbatims...My burner is not that old and I have not used it much so I would not think its necessary to clean it but I will. Also, I have the pioneer DVR X162Q how can I get an update for that? Thanks

I went into control panel and checked the DMA or whatever and set them...help? I am using verbatim. I have tried 4x and 2.4x (today) but have also tried 2x the other day.
