sadly i cant because i restored my computer and my cdrom still doesnt work but now the logs are gone

I started to use imgburn and when i tried to burn an ISO it said something about not enough power or something (i was stupid not to copy and paste it) anyway now my cdrom drive doesnt work. It wont recognize disks. it acts as if there is perpetually nothing in the tray. It always says, even from my computer, that no disk is inserted. My windows 7 trial expires tomorrow so i need help quick!
