Well is it safe to say its the discs since i successfully burned some music on to a imitation dvd + r disc?

Cleaned it really nice, same problem, get to about 50% then i get the error. Is it possible that Memorex is just complete trash?

Can i just open it up and clean it with a qtip with some rubbing alcohol?

Yeah, sorry, same exact discs. Bought a new package yesterday, used 2 just fine, used a 3rd, failed, tried again, failed again.

I'll be honest here, I have no idea what that means.

Anyone wanna educate me on what's going on here? I've burned games before with this drive, and now it decides to fail me? This happened twice so far. Could it be the iso image im burning is bad? Is that even a possibility? I'm burning at 2x speed I'm using Memorex DVD+R DL Discs, I've burnt many games with them... they work just fine ...till now Here is a log

Ok, i can honestly say i tried everything. My burner simply won't burn DVD's Can anyone recommend a good DVD burner?

So anyone have any other suggestions? I've done pretty much everything! Also, i recently found out that WMP isn't even detecting my blank CD's when i try to burn? #092; (last time i burned a cd with wmp was a few months ago)

Yeah... I've done pretty much everything that thread said to do, except use those Verbatim discs. I'm just asking if there's anything else that the thread doesn't cover before i spend money again.

Good link, it basically told me my disc drive and/or discs im using are garbage. Any other suggestions?

Updated my firmware, found out my burner is compatible ...still no dice My dvd's are Memorex, DVD+R 8x|8.5gb|240 min, does it really make a difference if they are Verbatim? And i didn't get around to cleaning it, but i honestly doubt that's the issue... Any other suggestions before i resort to buying a new drive? Also, can you recommend one?

Hello imgburn forums. I've been trying to burn xbox 360 games for awhile now, and i ran into the problem. Here is the log... Also, can someone tell me if my disc drives are even usable for this?
