I've actually wondered about this (the burning process) for quite some time. Is the DVD/CD burned with neatly arranged, contiguous files, or is it basically all mucked up, like the atrocious mess that comes off of a typical hard drive? If it is a mess, can it be set right without too much time and trouble? I hate waiting for defrag to sort out!
