and just for the sake of completeness, am I understanding correctly from your post here http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?s=&...post&p=8192 that ImgBurn will unset SPLIF (and set STC discontinuity flag, I guess) if the user selects the break from within the interface? Your program is great, btw! Both simple and elegant.

LUK, Does /LAYERBREAK unset the SPLIF flag (if set)? Assuming that a 'seamless layer break' a la pgcEdit method is intended, and following dual layer rules (i.e. layer1 > layer 2, break LB divisible by 16) is simply invoking /LAYERBREAK sufficient/appropriate? I would run a test, but that would require actually possessing some DL disks :-) thanks
