Where would I get that? I'm not sure I even have one. I should note that I successfully burned a few other games in the past. I think I got the error a couple times while trying to do so, but eventually succeeded. Now, though, it's like it doesn't want to work at all. Thanks for the help so far.

It did it again. I tried two more DVDs after updating the firmware; here's the logs: This is frustrating. =( I tried both 8x and 12x for burn speeds, too.

It happens about 85% of the time when I attempt to burn a game to the DVD. I'm using Verbatim (DVD-R) discs. Because of this error, I've probably wasted over 10 discs (out of 100) at this point. What should I do?
