[Trying to burn PS2 games. What does this I/O error mean?]

Where would I get that? I'm not sure I even have one.

 

I should note that I successfully burned a few other games in the past. I think I got the error a couple times while trying to do so, but eventually succeeded. Now, though, it's like it doesn't want to work at all.

Okay, I will post it if it happens again.

It happens about 85% of the time when I attempt to burn a game to the DVD. I'm using Verbatim (DVD-R) discs. Because of this error, I've probably wasted over 10 discs (out of 100) at this point. What should I do?
