  3. Hi, I have just downloaded & installed ImgBurn, and am attempting to create an ISO image from a DVD. After setting the destination file & folder, I click the "Read" button, and get a popup that says Failed to get disc capacity No errors are reflected in the log (below), am I missing something simple?
