So I should go higher? I wrote the first two with 2.4x (one works the other had a similar error) and both had the Write Speed Miscompare in the log.

So I'm getting the I/O error here. I bought my dvd-writer 2 days ago. Burned the first game without a problem but now I've gotten the error twice. Not sure if the errors were the same both times, only have the log for the second one. I've tried burning two different image files of the same game and both failed. I'm using the verbatim dvd+r dl 8x. Hope you guys can help me.
