Maybe you can set the layer break manually but I don't know that much about imgburn . From what I know and experienced slim/laptop burners are crap. Maybe if you try it again it works? Else wait for someone to reply that knows more then me. Sorry..

Drivers, that's what I tought. i have a screen made of my drivers for the pioneer maybe that helps. and I have a pavillion t3610 mediacenter pc. I will try that, but isnt that bad for the xbox 360 drive? Thats what I heard

device buffer stays 0% and i tried different speeds. I wont go over 4x, thats impossible for me since xbox games cannot be burned higher then 4x
