I've confirmed that the above error was indeed caused by my Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. ImgBurn was working prior but it must have been a Kaspersky update that made it give that error. I simply added ImgBurn to the Exclusion list and it fires right up. I post this as I could not respond to a post issued by another user.
