I am in build mode and ive selected the folder that contains the file that i want to write to a disc. I push the calculator like it said in the guide and the bar fills up to 91%and stops. what should i do?

Hi im new and i was wondering if i have all the requirements to start burning games and such. What all do i need and how do i find out if i have it? thanks
