Damadmedic

Hi there, I have an ASUS Laptop with a TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633A AS03 drive. Lately i have been having to throw CD (TDK 52X CD-R80)disks away. either they don't want to play in my car's system or they get stuck at synchronising the cache at 99%? The drive has the latest firmware, and many of the disks that was previously burnt in the drive no longer wanna work, but if I put it in another computer they work? Any advice?
