This disc was used once to backup files. Then has been erased in ISO9600 format.
Now it becomes non writable! I don't understand what went wong.
I try to earse it (Write file to disk, Tools, Drives , Erase Disc, Quick)
but ImgBurn gives I/O error:

I have many of these discs used and to be reused.
What can I do to have this disc erased?
