If you see the message in this topic on Windows 7 64 bit OS, it is NOT an ImgBurn bug. As stated by the author, it comes from Svrapi.dll. In Windows 7 64 you can find it under windows\SysWOW64. Simply rename it, or delete it and problem solved.
