i dont know where you live but i'm willing to call by phone and try that to explain this. just a thought.

yes , i used those disc's . when i follow that link i do not get the same windows popping up to choose layer breaks and stuff . i get a window that says burn the regular way or something like that. i appreciate the help because i'm not computer savy so it's harder for me to describe all the issues other than trying to explain as i follow the step by step instructions from that link i post , the windows dont pop up as they should in the illustrations

lightning.. have already done the firmware and disc .. thats all good.

i'm trying to burn a dual lawyer dvd. i have followed a post on here as close as possible 4 times and have had no luck, just wasted 4 dual layer dvd+r's . i am not rea good with computers but i've tried 4 times to follow the post with the instructions telling how to do it. i'm using imgburn 2.5. something, the newest version i guess. can someone in layman's terms guide me or tell me someone i can talk with ?
