That was my first attempt with the Verbatim disks. I've also had nothing but failures with Sony (MBIPG101-R10-65) and Windata (RICOHJPN-D01-02). I just tired again with OPC disabled and it failed. I'm trying to create a restore disk for a PC. I used Clonzilla Sysrescue (clonezilla-sysresccd.hellug.gr) to create an ISO. The file is 5.62 GB in size so a dual layer DVD is required. The drive is a Samsung SH-S183L with firmware version SB03, which is the latest firmware I can find. I'm using Verbatim 2.4X DVD+R DL disks and the burn fails at about 75% complete.
