Why is drag and drop into Disc Layout Editor disabled in 2.5.7.0

Yes, this happend when program started after installing. When starting from the Start Menu it now works fine... Thanks... -
With previous versions I was able to simply drag the files into the disc root in the Disc Layout Editor window. With 2.5.7.0 this is no longer possible... Why?
