I wonder if you burned at too fast a speed. I always use 4X no matter how fast my media can be burned. Use another burning program to burn to see if the problem persists. If it does, then maybe it's your media or your DVD burner. You might also want to use DVDShrink to back up the DVD and burn another one. I would also try the DVD on different DVD players to make sure the problem isn't with this one particular player. Good luck!

I just want to add my thanks. ImgBurn even burns a Nero image that my Nero Burning Rom version 6.3.1.10 wouldn't burn saying it's an invalid Nero image. I have been using ImgBurn exclusively to burn data files, video files, and of course images. Wonderful program and not a single coaster after close to 200 burns. Love it!
