  1. Hello lfcrule1972 Thank you! Thank you! I followed your link and uninstalled the IDE/ATA Controller and rebooted XP, even though XP showed that DMA mode was enabled on the primary and secondary channels. Evidently XP was in fact confused thinking the drives were running DMA mode but it really wasn't. Got some new media and ImgBurn burned the heck out of a movie iso in just 5 minutes. Your help is much appreciated

  3. When trying to burn a movie iso onto a blank Imation DVD-R, Imageburn freezes every time on writing the lead in. However, if I use a blank Sony DVD+RW it works great every time on any movie ISO. (Don't have any DVD+R blanks on hand). Can anyone tell me if I need to select any options on Imageburn, or will it just not burn onto a DVD-R blank disk? Or perhaps Did I buy some crappy blank DVD's?
