I have not played with any of the settings other than the write speed. I will pick up some other disks tonight and try them as well. I should mention that I did try burning with NERO and it does complete just like Imgburn completes but it will not play in any player.

I bought this PC form Dell XPS 400 3 months agao. Hard to say how old the drive actually is.

I have installed the new firmware....same results. The burn completes at 100%.....tray open and then closes......then I get the TOC error and the lady says "oh no".......which is my favorite part. I now have 14 coasters which is ok as I do like my pints.
