I have a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Sto N Go Minivan. It has a built in GPSW/DVD/CD player that plays DVD's from the video store with no problems. I bought a ton of DVD's from Blockbuster when it was going out of business and I backed them up on my computer. When I burn them, they work fine, no problems.
THE PROBLEM: I have a ton of movies that my husband brought back from Iraq when he was deployed that are on a Terabyte that are in different video formats that I have tried to relentlessly burn to DVD, but they won't work in my van DVD player. My DVD player is a 430N RHB and supports WMA, MP3, JPEG formats. I read through the manual to see what video format is supported, but found nothing. I researched over and over again on the internet, but found nothing. I even called the technical department for Chrysler/Jeep and they just repeated the three same formats to me.
I am DVD/Converting/Burning/Format illiterate. I need a simplified version from someone that I can easily follow please. I am an extremely intelligent person when it comes to anything, except technical computer stuff. I don't need any put downs from anyone or sarcasm as I have had on other sites. I just need some genuine help. Thank you.
